Blackboard is once again available for use. If you are having difficulty accessing your course or are still seeing the "Blackboard unavailable" page, try these steps: while at http://indwes.blackboard.com/ hold the Shift key down and then press F5 on your keyboard; or hold the Ctrl key down and then press F5 on your keyboard. If you have further difficulty, clear your temporary internet files and restart your computer (detailed instructions are here: http://online.indwes.edu/FAQ/cleartemps.htm).

Blackboard Maintenance - Early Friday Morning, May 8, 2009

Due to circumstances beyond our control, Blackboard, Inc. will perform system wide emergency maintenance on Friday May 8th, 2009 between the hours of 3:00am and 6:00am ET. This maintenance is on the entire Blackboard system.

Blackboard Status - Available

Student and faculty access to Blackboard is now available. Due to a processing error, many users were unable to login to Blackboard from about 8 am until about 1:15 pm on Sunday, May 3. In addition, because of this error, many faculty were missing students from their Grade Center listings.

The problem has now been corrected.

If you still experience difficulty logging into Blackboard, clear your temporary internet files and restart your computer (detailed instructions are here: http://online.indwes.edu/FAQ/cleartemps.htm) prior to contacting the Online Support team for assistance.

Blackboard Login Difficulties - Sunday Morning - Update

At noon on Sunday, May 3, we are still awaiting an update from Blackboard Technical Support in order to reset student and faculty access. As soon as that happens full access to your courses will be restored.
