SafeAssignment Feature is Not Working
The SafeAssignment feature within Blackboard is currently not working correctly. We have contacted the vendor responsible about the outage, but have not received a response as of Wednesday afternoon. We'll update this blog once the feature is available for use again. We regret this inconvenience.

SafeAssignment Functionality Has Been Restored
The SafeAssignment functionality has been restored to Blackboard as of 8:45 am ET, Tuesday 3/25. Faculty may need to synchronize their courses by going to Control Panel > MyDropBox Suite > Synchronize this course. Otherwise students and faculty are welcome to contact the Online Support team if they require assistance.
We apologize for the inconvenience this outage has caused students and faculty.

The E-mail system at IWU has been repaired. However any emails sent by students or faculty during the down time will NOT be received. If you sent an email to the Online Support team (or any IWU department) and have not received a reply, you may want to resend it.
